Production was held up on Thursday, August, 25th. due to failure of Water Temperature Regulators on Unit Test. When these Regulators were introduced on 'M' Series it was understood they would be tested by the Makers and there would be no necessity for testing them again at R.R. However, out of 65 Regulators received only 35 have been found satisfactory. The remaining 30 open at 85° to 90° which is 10° to 15° too high in temperature. The 30 defective Regulators have been returned and the Makers agree they are faulty. RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/TVT.{T. V. Turner} | ||
