There are certain parts on Peregrine which we can now regard as finished with, for the time being on experimental work.

It would certainly be unwise to scrap them for 12 months, but they could with advantage be taken off all existing cars and engine units and stored, so that the job can be simplified.

The parts we can specify at the present moment that can be forgotten about are :-

Engine Unit.
(1) All Camshafts except E.100563.
(2) All cylinder heads except turoulent to Lec.32222 with 1.2" diameter inlet valves.
(3) All pistons except E.lox525 flexible type to Lec.3188.
(4) All old type small diameter cylinder and bearing studs.
(5) All crankshafts having 2" journals.
(6) All crankshafts dampers except Lec.3259.
(7) All short stroke crankshafts and pistons.
(8) Borg & Beck type clutches and their respective flywheels.

Chassis.
(1) All Front engine mounting except Lec.3265.
(2) All brake drums except G.100416 front, G.100981 rear.
(3) All propeller shafts except 2½" diameter and the shortened type.
