25/30 and Ph.III. STEERING COSTS.

Will you please give us an estimate of the cost saving that could be obtained on the above steering gears by black stove enamelling the outer steering tube (F.61127 and F.88385) and chromium plating only the upper fitting F.88190 instead of chromium plating the whole tube.
