Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} With reference to our conversation to-day, I understand you will consider what warning can be given on the Goshawk when the water boils, such as a whistle; also whether the dial can be made so that one can see the hand easier and so know whether the water is likely to be boiling.
