Referring to your memo RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}3/FH.13.12.38, and the attached copy of RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/G.Mc.1/MC.12.12.38, 800 file
we are doing all we possibly can to complete the
instructions for the 50 sets of material for the
above.

This matter was given priority immediately
the decision was made to instruct 50 sets of material,
and an agreed specification was issued.

Since the specification was agreed the
Departments have been clearing the sections, and a
large percentage has already been sent through, and
the remainder will be issued as soon as possible.
