My dear Hall,

I should be very pleased indeed to give the four officials from the Rolls-Royce Works facilities for obtaining access to the pits during the Tourist Trophy Race.

Would it be troubling you too much to ask Mr. Hives to write me officially, asking for these facilities, also giving the names of the four gentlemen concerned, in order that I might make the necessary arrangements.

Yours sincerely,
AWPhillips.

In answer to my request for pit passes for you + Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} in Ulster.
