FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR STAPLETON Dear Sirs, On receipt of Mr. Middleton's report following his call on the 6th of May and his interview with Mr. Stapleton, the undersigned went closely into the past correspondence, and finds that Mr. Eynon did call following our letter of November 17th, and made a further call in March, in connection with which we would refer to your letter of March 18th, reference Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.4/AP signed by C.S.Steadman. We also find that we had a letter signed by G.H.Palmer on the 23rd of November, sending us particulars of two types of bellows required, and requesting us to forward nine further sample bellows. In this letter Mr.Palmer advised us that he was testing out two samples left by Mr. Eynon. Unfortunately this letter found its way to our Filing Department before being drawn to the attention of the undersigned, and consequently no action was taken thereon. We are exceedingly anxious to explore the possibility of supplying you with bellows, as we believe that the Hydroflex Bellows has properties which you would find very beneficial. Our Managing Director Mr. B.T.Wingfield will be in Derby on Tuesday morning, and would value the opportunity of discussing bellows with the various members of your technical staff. Would you be good enough to advise us by return whether Tuesday morning will be a convenient time for such a visit. If the visit should not be convenient, Mr. Wingfield can arrange to call either Wednesday or Friday, at your option. Yours faithfully, THE DRAYTON REGULATOR & INSTRUMENT COMPANY LTD. SALES MANAGER.
