X.4219 RE DIE-CAST WHITEMETAL MAIN BEARINGS.

In connection with the proposed new chassis Mr. Royce thinks that we shall probably use die-cast main bearings, which he says can be tested immediately on existing engines.

Would you therefore kindly issue the necessary instructions.
