In reference to your report on the above (Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}/Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}12/L16513) Mr Royce has examined the fracture and is not satisfied that the break is not due to a flaw in the material. He therefore wishes another test to be made with this type of pivot and we are instructing the Order Office to provide you with the necessary material. p.
