Phantom Dynamo No. UN-45-X with a complaint that same fails to charge properly. This has been handed over to the Electrical Department for attention. We shall be glad if you will kindly examine the above machine, and let us know to which account the cost of repairs should be charged. N.B. The above chassis guarantee was only effective from the 20/1/26. This is the 2nd dynamo that has failed on the above chassis. The last failure was on November 1st 1926. HM{Capt. W.
