Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Hives.

We have to apologise for the inadvertent delay in replying to your letter of the 15th inst., and beg to confirm our telephone conversation this morning, and would say that the writer will call upon you about 11 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, 23rd inst, and in addition to viewing the stripped Phantom II engine would greatly appreciate the opportunity of discussing and clearing up any points outstanding in connection with aviation fuels.
