HIGH SPEED ENGINE SMOOTHNESS.

Y7960.

W.W. are now considering giving us a tail bearing to cure the flywheel period, on the 25 HP.
The Aero Sales car GLN.60 is fitted with a roller tail bearing which we made experimentally and which we now believe has done about 5,000 miles. We should like your opinion on the present high speed smoothness on this car, i.e. above 40 m.p.h. on 3rd. speed, and above 55 m.p.h on top speed. We suggest you make a side by side comparative test with the smoothest standard trials car which we have. You can also take into account the considerably improved performance of GLN.60 at the speeds in question.
