WRAITH WHEELS.
Mr. Price and Mr. Sharpe were here on Saturday to discuss the wheel coming off which we experienced due to faulty riveting of the spokes. They point out that the clearance at this point has become rather small since the advent of the 30° nut. They propose to correct it according to their CDO.3174, of which we send you herewith the only copy, and we agreed to this modification. The only difference that we shall notice, is that the wheel nut will have moved out .093.
