The Air Board have written to the Company suggesting that we should supply two complete sets of Electrical Starters and gear for the Eagle engines, in order that the scheme may be tested out in actual service on a cruiser flying boat. I would suggest that it will be necessary for us to complete four sets, two fitted with Lucas motors and two fitted with C.A.V. motors. We are certain to require these later on, and it would be wise to push them through, so that we shall have two sets at our works for experimenting with after the original two sets have been completed.
