1328 28th September 1937 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.3/AP. The British Thermostat Co.Ltd., Teddington Works, Windmill Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, MIDDLESEX For the attention of Mr.Martin-Hurst Dear Sirs, In making our detail drawing for your thermostat B.G.A.2073, which we are proposing to standardise (with modifications), we notice that you give a dimension of 1 1/8" across ends of bellows support brackets (see marked up print attached). It seems to us from measurements made on your sample units that this dimension should be across the outside of the flutes pressed in the support brackets, as drawn on our small detail drawing EB.3410, print attached. Will you please confirm that this drg. EB.3410 agrees with the article which you will supply to us. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
