Sheet 2. Leaky radiators can only be avoided by fitting new round tube type matrix, and undersphere suspension. Avoid cantilever off radiator bottom tank. Customer should pay part expenses, according to years of service, credit for old material. Needle valve to carburetter should be examined to see if likely to give trouble and best improved type fitted if existing type is at all unreliable. Fit primer for easy starting on all cars and tap to extra air valve, or increase speed of adjustment of low speed jet. Tool kit - supply better oil only one needed, and one syrine. Present oil cans have flexible bottoms which do not cause sufficient pressure variation, sides flexible are more effective. Find what really effective type of oil can be purchased, see sketch - Oil can not to be carried in kit, but in tray under bonnet. Speedometer drive should be properly arranged and efficient belts provided, raw hide with turned up butt joint sewn with wax ends. If both pulleys are one diameter why not use Whittle belt drive?
