For the attention of Mr. Hives.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 11th inst., and carefully note that you prefer the Model KR4A, and that you will be sending us an order for 50 of these plugs.

We are therefore making arrangements at once for these plugs to be made up for you.

We propose to take very elaborate care over the manufacture of these plugs, and in order for us to detect any possible likely faults would you please send back some of the old KR4A's so that we can examine every part of them.

Yours faithfully,

THE LODGE SPARKING PLUG CO. LTD.

DIRECTOR.
