With reference to the attached, will you kindly note that the forwarding of two Fuller starter batteries of type S.Q.12/4 B, specified on the attached, was arranged in conversation between Mr. Bailey and the Fuller Representative. Will you kindly now send an official order to the Fuller Accumulator Co., for these batteries, also will you kindly give the necessary instructions that these batteries may be released from the Stores and sent over to the Experimental Shed for testing out.
