COPY OF LETTER FROM THE MICHELIN TYRE CO. LTD. -------- 81, Fulham Road, S.W. 3. 17th October 1921. Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., 14/15, Conduit Street, London, W. 1. Ref: KM2/11. Dear Sirs: We beg to acknowledge receipt of your favour SP{Mr Spinney}6/DG15.10.21 of the 15th instant and note your remarks regarding the inflation of our Cable Tyres. Instructions are given to our Fitters in accordance with our published table of loads and inflations of which we send you a copy herewith. There is, therefore, some slight misunderstanding as regards the figure of 85 lbs. per square inch mentioned by you. We are, however, passing your views on to the Technical Dept., at the Works in France and will write you further on the matter when we have received their comments.
