1332 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}14/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 23rd May, 1938. Messrs. Dunlop Rubber Co.,Ltd., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, BIRMINGHAM. (For the attention of Mr. Gilford). Dear Sirs, It will be quite convenient for you to use the Skid Pan on Wednesday, May 25th. We shall be glad if each time you make use of the Skid Pan you leave a note at the Works to say you have done so, in order that a correct account may be sent you later for the actual use you make of it. It may happen that weather prevents any testing on days you have booked. We believe you have only used the Skid Pan twice previously, but should be glad if you would confirm this. Yours Faithfully, For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
