-5- Contd. Once the exhaust heated throttle has arrived at its normal temperature the amount of liquid which drains into the vapouriser scheme is practically nil. This has been found by long tests on the road collecting the petrol in bottles in place of the boilers. The car can be run all day and not collect more than two teaspoonfulls. Our recommendation is that we should carry on with exhaust heated throttle which has been standardised and not fit the vapouriser scheme until we have proved there is a demand for it.
