Referring to your memo HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/TMW8/LG6/1/2 [STAMP: RECEIVED] received three of the above spanners from Derby, all of which we shall keep.

Would you kindly instruct the Accounts Dept. at Derby to charge all of these to Mr. Royce, and we will distribute the charges at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town. We would like to know for the latter purpose, what the cost of these spanners [STAMP: JAN 13 1922] is, as soon as possible.
