The first chassis is on test, and up to the moment we have not any material on order for the above parts. The position is the Experimental Department have obtained all signatures except your own and PN{Mr Northey}'s. In view of this and the urgency of the matter, I think that you could release the material for manufacture otherwise there will unquestionably be serious hold up on this issue. BY.{R.W.
