With reference to your query regarding the comparative insulation characteristics of the continental abakelite for dyna-mo brush insulation of the yellow and of the brown types respectively, we have made comparative tests of these materials and find that the brown material is decidedly inferior in insulation characteristics at temperature, as compared with the yellow. We feel that it would be wiser to retain the use of the yellow material, and will be glad if you will instruct accordingly. EFC. | ||
