PHANTOM 111. DYNAMO.

I am in complete agreement with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 10.3.38. and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}10/JH.10.3.38.

From an examination of the possibilities it was clear to BY/RD, and myself that 1 1/2 to 1 is the only workable ratio for the new PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I 111 machine.

In regard to items 1 and 2 in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC{R. Childs}'s memo neither of these will affect the issue sufficiently to demand re-test. They are both in the right direction, and I should recommend going ahead in our effort to bring in the change at 101 in 'D' series.
