I am in complete agreement with Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 6/R. 10.3.38. and Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /RC. {R. Childs} 10/JH.10.3.38. From an examination of the possibilities it was clear to BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /RD, and myself that 1 1/2 to 1 is the only workable ratio for the new Phantom(Codename for PHANTOM I) 111 machine. In regard to items 1 and 2 in Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /RC {R. Childs} 's memo neither of these will affect the issue sufficiently to demand re-test.
