I give you below copy of memo, reference CJ11/E13/2/26, which I have received from CJ:-

" Will you kindly see that all Heads of Departments at Derby are instructed that, if from illness or any other cause they are unable to attend to their duties, they should at once inform you so that you may inform us, as in the absence of such knowledge there is likely to be confusion. For instance, we might be advising on the telephone some owner to see a certain official at Derby. The owner might make a special journey to Derby and then find that the official was not there. - CJ. "
