S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8250 C19/023.1.28 Can you please tell me how the matter stands of slightly altering the appearance of the radiator by raising the shoulders somewhat. We understood at/the time that WW. were in favour of this and were making proposals, but it appears to have died away. The last correspondence seems to be in February last. We were reminded of this again in connection with our Riviera Open car, which had a hump-back appearance owing to the Coachbuilders trying to keep the sides of the body a reasonable height; it would not have had this appearance had the shoulders of the radiator been higher, because they could have carried their line straight through.
