X67T MODEL --------- Dear Sirs, Will you kindly act as Guarantor towards the French Customs for our account and order of our client Mr. _____________, up to a sum of Frs. _________ in respect of Customs duty, penalties and other expenses which he might owe to the French Authorities for the temporary admission into France of Rolls-Royce car, chassis No. __________ It is understood that we herewith agree to reimburse you any sums which may be claimed as a result of this guarantee by the French Authorities on the mere presentation of the receipts for same, without asking you to furnish any other proof.
