OVERHEATING.

With reference to your BJ9/H6.12.23. We have just sent our report on the possibility of reducing the temperature under the scuttle.

As regards over-heating of the water in summer-time, there is very little we can do except fit the larger radiator. From 'S' series 40/50 HP., the radiator matrix is 21" deep instead of 20".

No designs have been got out for shallower radiators for the present design 40/50 HP. One of these radiators is being tried on the EAC-11.
