With reference to 7 CA or the new model of the pre-sent standard car for "after the War", the stub axle has been much improved in connection with the Duke of Westminster's car.
It will also be remembered that the back axle tube was very much improved, that only moderate changes were required to adopt these.

I understand also that the rear road springs are -
(1) still over the back axle,
(2) of the thick plate type,
(3) and the long plate is laminated into two, and the rollers on which it rests have a central collar.

RECEIVED
I should be glad if Mr. Bailey would send me blue prints of these particular features.

Regarding the dynamo for the car directly "after the War", we think it is only possible to fit the Lucas of the same size and pattern which was used on 37 NA{Mr Nadin} before the War.

Regarding the self starter, it will be advisable to fit the slipper drive as originally arranged by me. It seems impossible to get in a shaft stronger than the one which has sheared. The motors for this had better be made by us from the improved model which used forged circular case. We might now make the reduction gear simpler.

Radiator and its suspension is an important feature.
Please let me know if you are quite satisfied with this in the round tube type.
