Re WRB-21..Sir Ralph Millbourn.
BY/SH11/06.6.39

We are very pleased indeed to hear that you have succeeded in disposing of the trouble in regard to this car-so much so that Sir Ralph was able to go to sleep whilst passing over the road which had previously caused him so much inconvenience.

We are also pleased to note that your experience will enable you to deal with similarly built cars in the future.

As suggested, I have written to Sir Ralph Millbourn, as per the attached copy.

C.
