340. W/S. C. from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.2/AP.5.4.37. Referring to your memo C.17/C.31.3.37, at the moment we are endeavouring to establish some simple test for ascertain-ing whether serious silting up of the Mk.V. waterways on any given Ph.III. car has taken place i.e. a test which will not necessitate removing the radiator from the car. If we are successful, we will instruct all Depots etc. to examine cars which come into their hands. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
