Thank you for yours of yesterday's date, and we will in due course arrange a smaller output 40/50 dynamo for you to try.

We have now received the four cells, two of the previous type and two of the new type. We think it may be of interest to you to know that as these cells were delivered to us they were two-thirds empty of electrolyte as though they had been on their sides in transit and some of the electrolyte had run out. In all cases of deficient electrolyte, our rule is first to fill up with distilled water, charge till density ceases to rise, then replace with electrolyte of correct density.
