re 9.B.V.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the spare wheel cover ordered for 9.B.V.

The type required is similar to the cover supplied for 33.G.7. only made to suit a 6.50 x 16 tyre.

As you have already made several of these covers all of which vary with the tyre size and wing shape, we do not think it necessary to make a separate drawing for each cover.

We regret we were unable to use the cover supplied for 1.R.1. it being much too wide, a cover was therefore made locally.

We should be very pleased if you would keep the height and width of the covers down to the minimum.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
