Although this car has some quite good features for the purpose od demonstration, yet I feel that taken as a whole it is not desirable to use this car in important demonstration work until the "fuss" and noise made by the engine, especially at certain critical speeds, is materially reduced.

I would like Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, when he comes to London tomorrow to find time to go on this car either myself or H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} in order to confirm this.

Steps should be taken at the earliest moment to deal with this matter in order that the car shall be available.
