As we pointed out to you, we cannot reproduce this trouble on any of our experimental cars, and it is therefore essential, if we hope to cure it, we should have the loan of the trials car upon which the trouble is manifest. We should be obliged therefore if you would endeavour to find a car for us. We cannot do the necessary investigation work on a customers car.
