It is possible to get a slight hum from the Servo gear and there is rather a bad 'clatter' as the foot brake pedal is released; the latter, no doubt, is a question of adjustment, and in the ordinary operation of the brake the slight hum is not noticeable.

Other slight criticisms are made in the following answers to the list of thirteen definite questions, of which a copy is attached.

Question No. 1. No. Separate magneto switch should be visible and clearly marked "On" and "Off."

No. 2. Appearance and cleanness of exterior, good.
Magneto contact breaker accessibility only fair.
Better finished cap to oil filler on engine must be provided. The present one of stamped brass is very poor and cheap.

No. 3. Yes.

No. 4. Yes.

No. 5. The arrangement is symmetrical and looks well but speedometer should be nearer the offside. One has to take the eyes completely off the road to read it at present.

No. 6. No dipping lever fitted.
Brake and change speed lever position, length O.K.
Pedal positions, O.K.
Steering wheel position considered not comfortable - too close to pedals. 1 1/2" to 2" and too low. Knees almost jamb on bottom of wheel.

No. 7. O.K.

No. 8. Yes. - Riding of car O.K.

No. 9. I should say "Yes". - with difficulty from cans.

No.10. Reasonably so.

No.11. No. - if at all. [Handwritten] Why has it a black face. Is not white face clearer?

No.12. Yes.
