Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letters WCK/BS{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager}/79 and WCK/MF/79 of the 20th. and 26th. inst. and must apologise that this matter has been left so long in abeyance.
The parts in question were returned to your Buick Works last week and we enclose a copy of our covering letter. We regret that their return has been so long delayed but the individual concerned has been away on the Continent.
