With reference to E.P's query.
The radiator only requires treatment.
The radiator should be removed from the chassis, inverted and filled with the Kleanwell Solution from the bottom. If possible it should be allowed to stand over night and emptied in the inverted position, afterwards being thoroughly cleansed with water.

Kleanwell actually attacks aluminium and so should not be circulated in the car system.
