Jenner}1/HP.23.11.35. Large Bore Bentley and 25-HP. Please receive herewith:- LeC.4818 showing the carburetter air cleaner and silencer. The silencer is 7" diameter and 26.750" long as per the instructions from the Experimental Department, and the gauges of the sheet aluminium pieces have been reduced to 20 SWG. Also herewith:- LeC.4814 and LeC.4815. These two drawings deal with the ignition control on the crankcase, the object in view being to make the controls so that the crankcase can be common to both engines. We occasionally get complaints of leaky joints on the water pump elbow. To overcome this we have made clearance holes in the elbow, and at the same time, since this piece is BZ/G it can be made quite thin in section. E/JNR.{Charles L.
