Dear Sirs, We should be interested to know whether you are yet able to let us have your Inspection report on the samples of hose connections, which were submitted to you under cover of our letter dated August 30th. We would also point out that you have not yet informed us whether the original tests which were carried out were made in connection with part number E.B.3748 as for the present we have suspended manufacture of this part in view of the fact that the faulty sample returned was against this part number. Awaiting the favour of your reply with interest. Yours faithfully, FOR THE COMPANY All Contracts and Orders are booked, and Quotations given, subject to our right to withdraw or cancel same (without liability on our part), by reason of the interruption of due delivery, short supplies, or abnormally affected prices of Raw Material, arising from Strikes, Fire, or through causes beyond our control. | ||
