Lieutenant C.A. Hughes,

DERBY.

Potts, F.{Mr Friese}

Dear Sir,

In reply to your request of August 15th. We are prepared to release Potts from August 23rd. to September 4th. for additional training.

In doing so, we have to point out that this inevitably disorganises the work upon which he is engaged and that, therefore, though in the present case we are prepared to make an exception, we hope it will not be necessary to repeat such a request.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
