ACCIDENT REPORT.

A truck, driven by Mr. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} JOHNSON, of 20 LYCOTT GROVE, EAST DULWICH, registration Number BGH 911, backed into 9BV, the experimental Bentley car which I was driving on Saturday, October 18th at 12.45 p.m.

Mr. Johnson is working for Wiggs & Son., S.E.15.

Damage sustained was a buckled wing and a bent head-lamp and radiator.

Derbyshire P.C. No. 70 witnessed the accident. My car was stationary at the time.
