Recently, I believe, CWB pointed out to you that Ps. was being very successful in curing springing complaints in France with springs manufactured by a French maker.

I attach copy of a brief note I have received from Bt.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer} with reference to the above car, which I am sure you will be interested to try when it reaches "W".
