Messrs S.Smith & Sons Ltd.,
Cricklewood Works,
LONDON N.W.2.

For the attention of Mr.Nichols.

Dear Sirs,

We have recently ordered from you one Ph.III. thermometer to D.75953 but having its dial modified to read in numerals up to 90°C. and to have a red line corresponding to 100°C. (see our letter of the 12th inst. to Mr.Dorer). Will you please let us know whether this will affect the price of our Ph.III. thermometer if we standardise this feature, and if it does, will you let us have your quotation for supplying such thermometers in quantities of 200 at a time.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
