Dear Sirs,

We understand that you have professed ignorance regarding type No.L.8. for Champion sparking plugs. Surely this plug is one running a shade hotter than the L.10, which is being used in fairly large quantities.

We have already received from you LB.8. sparking plugs for the Bentley chassis, these being the L.8. plug with the longer barrel.

If you have no such plug as the L.8., what standard plug have you with a heat factor slightly less than the L.10.? We should value your help in this matter as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
