-2- (c) The skill which the D.O. exercise in the poundage of springs they order. We are satisfied that once a car has got into Production and the average body weight is obtainable, they do this well. It is only when a car first comes out that they guess wrong about the average spring to order in the largest quantity. We have discussed the matter with By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} and are hoping, with their co-operation, to keep redundant springs in the future to the absolute minimum. With regard to the existing stock of scrap springs, We will let you know our recommendations almost immediately. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
