'It is suggested that such a spanner be supplied with each car in a bag marked - "FOR USE WHEN OVERHAULING. NEED NOT BE CARRIED ON THE CAR". The present one is to be sent to Mr Royce with chassis 2301 with a note asking his opinion as to whether we should supply this design or some other design of spanner for removing this cap. p.
