The mass M, was then removed
and a mass M2 added at A in
the direction AX until the line
A B assumed a horizontal position.
This mass M2 was 144 lbs.
Now the moment of this about
the centre equals moment of
the engine mass about the
centre.

18 7/8"
W2 = 144 lbs

18 7/8
Z R = (144 x 18.875) / 641 = 4.25
R Q = 4.28 Tan 12° 25'
= .945"
