B.216.GA. Have examined clutch, Standard B & B. The plate was fitted Sept. 1936 and has done 14,000 miles. (Total for car 18,000). The whole clutch is in perfect condition, wear on facings negligible, as bedding is not yet more than 80% of the total area. The areas over the hollow of the "crimps" in the plate have not yet contacted with the driving faces ! There is no complaint, and testers report O.K. Shall we put it back as it is, or fit a Thermoid?
